Experts advise that people should always boil water and drink it during this season. By doing this, the bacteria and germs present in the water are destroyed. Apart from this, drinking lemon in warm water every morning removes harmful viruses from the body.
Eat low Salt- During Monsoon Session, try to eat low salt or use it to your taste. Salt increases the amount of sodium in our body and is the reason for high blood pressure in the future.
Eat Seasonal Fruits
